Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information the website actually processes and why.
1. Controller and contact
The controller is МИКОЛА ЧЕРНЕТА, вул. Центральна, 27, с. Лісове, Vinnyts'ka oblast, Ukraine, 23000, Ukraine. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
2. Contact-form information
If you use the contact form, the website stores your name, email address, subject, message, submission time, generated reference number and submission IP address. This information is used to answer the message, prevent form abuse and diagnose delivery problems.
3. Technical information
The hosting provider may process standard server-log information such as IP address, requested URL, date, browser identifier and response status for security and fault diagnosis. Rate-limit records use hashed identifiers and short-lived timestamps.
4. Cookies and analytics
Reading ordinary pages sets no website cookie. A strictly necessary session cookie is created during form submission so the confirmation page can recognise the message. The site does not currently implement Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or behavioural profiling. If that implementation changes, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated first.
5. Affiliate links
An outbound marketplace URL may contain an affiliate identifier. Choosing such a link sends the visitor to a third-party platform, which applies its own privacy policy and may measure the referral. BULKA13 does not load third-party affiliate tracking scripts on its own pages.
6. Recipients and storage
Contact messages are available to the website operator and infrastructure providers needed to host the site and deliver email. Personal data is not sold or shared for unrelated third-party marketing. Form records should be stored outside the public document root or protected by server access rules.
7. Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer the enquiry and maintain a reasonable record, normally no longer than 12 months after the last related message unless law requires longer retention. Rate-limit records expire within 60 minutes. Hosting logs follow the hosting provider's configured retention period.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, subject to applicable law. Include the message reference or write from the email address used in the form so the record can be located.
9. External services
BUFF, Steam and other external destinations are independent services. Their terms and privacy practices apply after you choose to leave this website.
10. Changes
Material changes are published on this page with a revised date.
